La web ofrece información sobre servicios de fotografía inmobiliaria, vídeo, fotografía con dron, planos, edición y tours virtuales, y permite solicitar una estimación personalizada.
3. Presupuestos y contratación
Las estimaciones del cotizador son orientativas y están sujetas a las características del inmueble, ubicación y disponibilidad. Se indica el importe sin IVA y el total con el IVA aplicable. La solicitud no constituye una reserva confirmada. La cita y las condiciones del servicio se concretan con FotoMarketing antes de su confirmación.
Cuando se ofrezcan descuentos, se aplicará únicamente el mayor descuento disponible sobre los servicios. El desplazamiento queda excluido de los descuentos. La oferta será válida durante las 48 horas indicadas en la estimación para concretar la cita, sujeta a disponibilidad.
4. Contenido e imágenes
El titular procura mantener la información actualizada y corregir los errores detectados. Las imágenes identificadas como ilustrativas o de stock no se presentan como reportajes propios. La publicación de una imagen no concede al visitante una licencia para reutilizarla. Los derechos sobre textos, diseño, fotografías, marcas y otros recursos corresponden a sus respectivos titulares.
5. Uso del sitio y enlaces
El visitante debe utilizar el sitio de forma lícita y facilitar datos correctos cuando solicite un presupuesto. No se permite interferir en el funcionamiento del sitio ni usar sus formularios para envíos abusivos. 3. Estimates and contracting
Estimates are indicative and depend on property characteristics, location and availability. The price excluding VAT and the total including applicable VAT are shown. A request does not confirm a booking. Appointments and service terms are agreed with FotoMarketing before confirmation.
Where discounts are offered, only the highest available discount applies to services. Travel is excluded from discounts. The offer is valid for the 48 hours stated in the estimate to arrange an appointment, subject to availability.
4. Content and images
The owner aims to keep information up to date and correct detected errors. Images identified as illustrative or stock are not presented as the owner’s own photography. Publication does not grant a visitor a licence to reuse an image. Rights in text, design, photographs, brands and other resources belong to their respective owners.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate enquiry details. Interference with its operation and abusive form submissions are not permitted. External links, including WhatsApp, lead to services with their own terms and policies.
